Shipping & Returns

We ship in stock items within 3-5 business days and personalized items within 5-8 weeks.

Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from Monday.

 

In the event of any delay, we will notify you via email or text message.

 

Email us at shopkury@kurygroup.com with doubts regarding our products or policies prior to placing an order. After you place an order we cannot guarantee we will see your communication before your order ships. Sending an e-mail requesting a change in your order does not guarantee them before shipping your order. 

 

No-Cancellation Policy:

Please note that all orders are final once placed, as we begin processing them right away to ensure prompt delivery. However, you're welcome to exchange the item or receive a store credit in the form of a gift card.

FREE standard shipping on most watch orders over $300* Excludes some brands and items (Swatch, Casio, Michele strap sets and others due to the box size.)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You can return eligible, unworn items within 15 days of receiving your order.  

While we don’t issue refunds, we're happy to offer store credit via an e-gift card or assist you with an exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, unworn and in perfect conditions, returned in the original packaging.

To return your product, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at shopkury@kurygroup.com indicating the reason for return and whether you would like a replacement or another item.
  2. Await our RA # to include in the package. Absolutely no refunds.
  3. Please, allow 2-7 days for our response.
  4. Mail return item(s) to:

  5. Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. We do not provide return shipping labels.
  6. You will receive an email once we receive the items and the return has been processed.

  • Products marked as “sale” may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Discounted products are final sale and  may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Personalized items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
