We ship in stock items within 3-5 business days and personalized items within 4-8 weeks.

Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be processed on Monday.

In the event of any delay, we will notify you via email or text message.

After you place an order we cannot guarantee we will see your communication before your order ships. Emailing us requesting a change in your order does not guarantee them before shipping your order.

You can return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.  

Absolutely no refunds. We provide store credit in the form of a Gift Card or exchange for another product.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, unworn and in perfect conditions, returned in the original packaging.

To return your product, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at indicating the reason for return and whether you would like a replacement or another item. Await our RA # to include in the package. Absolutely no refunds.

  1. Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. You can purchase your own shipping label or we can provide one for you and discount the amount to your refund total.
  2. You will receive an email once we receive the items and the return has been processed.

  • Shipping charges are non refundable.
  • Products marked as “sale” may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To arrange a gift return, please email and we will assist you further. 
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
