Then the other medal hangs in the back and it has the four way cross with the four saints. The four saints are the Miraculous, the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Saint Christopher and Saint Joseph. The necklace adjusts and the square medal hangs in the front and the four way cross in the back. Necklace goes over the head and measures 30'' inches length.
